A rising music star from Bury will make his biggest international debut yet as he joins pop sensation Benson Boone on the first leg of his “American Heart World Tour” across the United States.
Elliot James Reay, 23, has confirmed he will appear as the special guest for the first half of Benson Boone’s North American shows, giving the Bury-born singer-songwriter his most high-profile international stage to date.
The announcement was made in August 2025 and has already created a wave of excitement among Reay’s growing fanbase.
The tour, which kicks off in late August, will see Reay perform to US audiences as he continues to gain recognition for his distinctive blend of vintage rock 'n' roll with modern pop. His music draws clear influence from the likes of Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley, and Billy Fury, often featuring 1950s-style chord progressions layered with present-day production.
In a post shared on social media, Reay said:
“I’m beyond excited to be joining Benson on tour. This is such an incredible opportunity, and I can’t wait to perform for you all across the States!”
The upcoming shows mark the latest milestone in what has been a breakthrough year for Reay, whose heartfelt lyrics and retro-infused style have resonated with fans and critics alike.
After a string of emotionally driven releases and consistent online growth, Reay’s inclusion on a world tour signals a new phase in his career—one that could see him break into the mainstream pop scene far beyond UK borders.
The “American Heart World Tour” is expected to draw thousands of fans across major cities, giving Reay a major platform to introduce his nostalgic yet fresh sound to new listeners.
His performances with Benson Boone are limited to the first half of the US leg, after which Boone will continue the tour internationally.
