On Tuesday 29 August 2023 at around 11:55pm, officers were called to reports of a man who had been attacked with a knife on Haworth Walk in Radcliffe, Bury.
Emergency services attended the scene, and a 44-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries and has since been released from hospital.
On Wednesday 30 August 2023, officers arrested an 18-year-old male suspect and he was taken to custody for further questioning.
On Friday evening - 1 September 2023, Patrik Tokar (DOB: 03/03/2005) of Seymour Court in Radcliffe – was charged with attempted murder and possession of offensive weapon in a public place.
He has been remanded in police custody and is due to appear at Manchester City Magistrates Court today (Saturday 2 September 2023).
