The Burrs Live music festival kicked off in spectacular fashion today, Wednesday 30th August, with The Bootleg Beatles taking to the stage and wowing the crowds with their tribute to the legendary band for another year.

Speaking to one of the audience members, they said that they were blown away by the energy and enthusiasm of the crowd; they followed on by saying "the festival has a fantastic reputation and they are excited to see what the rest of the week has in store."
Across the week The Met who are hosting the annual Head for the Hills festival on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd September; and a Proms in the Park event with The Untold Orchestra in support of Bury Hospice on Sunday 3rd September.
