Stop and search powers covering parts of Chadderton and Oldham have been extended until 6.30pm today following three serious assaults earlier this week.
Romance fraud warning after 81 year old woman conned out of £5,000

Police have issued a warning about romance fraud after an 81 year old woman from Greater Manchester was persuaded to buy £5,000 worth of gift cards for a scammer posing as a well known singer.
